The History of the Universal Bakery

The Universal Bread and Roll Bakery has been providing specialist manufacturing of bread, rolls and assored products for in excess of eleven years. The business is operational twenty four hours per day, three handred and sixty five days a year. In the beginning the business was broad based, relying on income from retail groveries and small mikl bars with some catering trade. It became apparent in 1997 that this base did not provide the necessary improvement and expansion.
